Here are some helpful “healthful” apps:

RUNNING

Map My Run GPS Running –tracks and logs your distance, calculates calories and discover new running routes

Runkeeper- tracks your fitness statistics like heart rae , distance and time. You can also set goals and deadlines.

WALKING

Pedometer GPS- counts your steps and your distance and monitors your progress. If you have a desk job at work this can motivate you to keep yourself more active.

WATCHING YOUR CALORIE INTAKE

My Fitness Pal- is a great app to monitor your diet, nutrients and calories, tracks your weight as well records your daily exercise activities. You can also share your progress with your friends.

Foodily Recipes- find healthy recipes on this app and get daily recipes from your favorite chef

Fooducate-scans barcodes of products and provides you with nutritional information about that product.

EDUCATION

Web Md app-provides useful health information on symptoms, diseases and drugs.

PHARMACY

Walgreens app- functions as a pill reminder, allows you to refill your meds by scan, can create a shopping list, and allows you to earn Rewards with activities like walking.
