Non-Invasive
Cardiology
Non-invasive cardiologists focus on the detection and treatment of heart disease, using external tests—rather than instruments inserted into the body—to assess and diagnose cardiac disorders. Patients with a history of heart disease, suspected valve disease or chest pain with unknown cause may be referred by their physician for a non-invasive evaluation.
At Heartland Cardiology we implement cutting-edge equipment and advanced non-invasive options to identify heart disease. Our first priority is to help diagnose conditions so the medical team can then move on to patient treatment.
The benefit of non-invasive cardiac procedures is they provide similar results of procedures that are more invasive, but with less risk, no radiation exposure (X-Rays), and less needles. There is often minor to no pain associated with ultrasounds and the procedures are also less time-consuming than their more invasive counterparts. We strive to deliver safe, world-class care in a compassionate, patient-focused environment.
Our team is staffed with sonographers who work closely with the board-certified cardiologists to accurately diagnose your heart condition quickly so you can proceed to treatment. Our goal is to provide you with the best outcome with the least amount of pain possible.
