  • Bradycardia
  • Heart block
  • Palpitations
  • Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT)

What causes arrhythmia?

Arrhythmias (ah-RITH-me-ahs) are irregular heartbeats caused by the disruption of a part of the heart’s electrical system. This can cause the heart to beat too slow, too fast, or irregularly.

Atrial Fibrillation (A-Fib)

occurs when blood flowing through the heart is not controlled property due to the left atrial appendage no longer contracting with a regular rhythm. This can result in a stroke due to the pooling and clotting of blood. The most frequent treatment option for A-Fib until recently was with blood thinners. Unfortunately, a large number of patients experienced problems with this medication but our team can now offer you new options based on the latest medical advancements.
