Dr. Mohamed graduated from Ain Shams University, Faculty of Medicine, in 2014. He completed his residency at Rochester General Hospital and a fellowship in cardiovascular and interventional cardiology at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), where he received the best-graduating fellow award and best academic performance award.
Dr. Mohamed has participated in numerous research projects published in major peer-reviewed journals and is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiology, echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology. His expertise spans various cardiac conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, and cardiac rhythm abnormalities, with a focus on complex percutaneous coronary and peripheral interventions. Dr. Mohamed prioritizes shared decision-making with patients to optimize treatment strategies. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, outdoor running, and traveling to new destinations.
