I started having heart problems in 1998 at the age of 55.
September 2001, is when I first met Dr. Farhoud. I went to see him for my heart issues. He told me he could “tune me up!” I had some tests done, a heart cath and a pacemaker put in.
Unfortunately, I hit a few “sour notes” and was put on the heart transplant list.
August 15, 2003 we got the call about the heart. We drove to Wichita and went into surgery.
SUCCESS!!!
I was given a new life.
My family was given a new life. A wife of 45 years, a daughter, son-in-law, son, daughter in law, 4 grandkids and “Sadie” (My dog, my best buddy). I never would have made it this far without the great care and concerns of the doctor and his team.
Dr. Farhoud has taken great care of me. He always listens to my concerns and he has always treated me and my family with great respect. We think he “walks on water!”
In August 2020 it will be 17 years! I am enjoying life to the fullest.
